At JJWiin, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. This page explains the tools, resources and commitments we have put in place to support every player who chooses to play with us.
Adults Only — Strict Age Restriction
JJWiin is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan and elsewhere must comply with all applicable local age restrictions. We conduct mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify age and identity. If you are under the required minimum age, you must not register or attempt to access JJWiin. If you are aware of an underage person accessing this platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Responsible gambling means approaching every bet — whether on a Pakistan cricket match, a PSL/T20 fixture, a live roulette table or a slot game — with the understanding that outcomes are determined by chance and that losses are always a real possibility.
JJWiin is designed for entertainment. We are committed to maintaining a platform where players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and anywhere else they may be — can enjoy gaming without it causing harm to their finances, relationships or wellbeing.
The tools and information on this page are available to every registered JJWiin player at no cost. Using them is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of smart, informed play. We encourage all players to engage with these tools proactively, before gambling becomes a problem rather than after.
Remember: gambling should never be used as a way to recover money you have already lost. Every session should have a defined budget — set in PKR before you start — and that budget should be treated as the cost of entertainment, not as an investment.
Golden Rule: Never gamble more than you can comfortably afford to lose entirely. Gambling does not guarantee returns. Treat every PKR wagered as a cost of entertainment, not a potential income stream.
JJWiin provides a suite of responsible gambling tools that put you in control of your play. All tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect as described below.
Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies, giving you time to reconsider.
Define the maximum amount in PKR you are willing to lose over a set period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net losses reach this threshold, your ability to place further bets is paused for the remainder of that period. This tool is particularly effective at preventing loss-chasing behaviour in the heat of a session.
Cap the total amount you can stake within a defined time window. Wager limits apply across all products — sports betting, live casino and slots — giving you a comprehensive view of your total exposure. Like deposit limits, reductions apply instantly while increases require a 24-hour review period before activation.
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When your time limit is reached, the platform will notify you and prompt you to log out. Session limits help prevent the kind of prolonged, uninterrupted play that can make it harder to maintain perspective on spending and outcomes.
Enable timed pop-up reminders that appear during your session at intervals you choose — every 30 minutes, every hour or another preferred frequency. Each reminder shows how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or won/lost in that session, giving you an accurate picture to make informed decisions about continuing.
If you feel that your gambling is getting out of control, self-exclusion allows you to block your own access to JJWiin for a defined period — typically ranging from one month to five years or permanently. During exclusion, your account is suspended, marketing communications are stopped, and re-entry is not possible until the exclusion period has fully expired.
The table on the right summarises each limit type available at JJWiin, the time periods they cover, when they take effect and what happens when they are reached. All limits are denominated in PKR.
Limits can be set or updated from within your account settings at any time. To set a limit, navigate to your Account Dashboard, select Responsible Gambling Settings, choose the limit type and enter your preferred threshold in PKR. The change is confirmed by email for your records.

Self-exclusion is a formal request to block your own access to JJWiin. It is the strongest protection tool available and is appropriate when you feel that your gambling behaviour is causing harm or has the potential to do so. Follow the steps below to activate self-exclusion on your account.
Sign in to your JJWiin account from any device. Self-exclusion is processed through your account dashboard, so you will need your username and password to proceed.
From your account menu, select "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" settings. This section houses all limit tools and the self-exclusion options.
Choose your exclusion period: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent. Read the terms of exclusion carefully before confirming — exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
Confirm your request. Your account is suspended immediately. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. All marketing communications from JJWiin will be stopped with immediate effect.
Self-exclusion from JJWiin is one step. We strongly encourage you to also explore the support resources listed on this page for broader assistance with problem gambling.
A cool-off period is a shorter, temporary break from the platform — available in durations of 24 hours, 48 hours or one week. During a cool-off, your account is suspended and you cannot deposit, bet or access games. Unlike self-exclusion, a cool-off expires automatically at the end of the chosen period.
Cool-off periods are ideal if you feel you need a short pause after a heavy session, if you've noticed your spending creeping up, or if you simply want to step back and reassess your gambling habits without committing to a longer exclusion.
Important: A cool-off period cannot be cancelled early. Once activated, it runs for the full duration selected. Plan accordingly and consider which duration genuinely serves your situation.
If you are in crisis and believe your gambling is causing immediate harm to your finances or relationships, please activate self-exclusion immediately and contact a support organisation. Do not wait until your situation worsens. Reach our support team at [email protected].
Problem gambling can develop gradually, and it is not always obvious when recreational play is beginning to cause harm. The signs below are not a clinical diagnosis — they are indicators that your relationship with gambling may deserve closer attention. If several of these descriptions apply to you, we encourage you to use our limit tools or contact support.
Honest self-assessment is difficult, which is why we also encourage players to talk to someone they trust — a family member or a friend in Karachi, Lahore or wherever you are based — about their gambling habits. Outside perspective is often the clearest indicator that something needs to change.
You spend more time or money gambling than you originally intended, regularly exceeding the session budget you set before you started playing.
You find yourself chasing losses — placing additional bets in an attempt to recover money you have already lost, often resulting in even greater losses.
Gambling is affecting your ability to meet financial obligations — rent, household bills, everyday expenses — or you are borrowing money or using funds set aside for necessities to fund gambling activity.
You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are not gambling, or you find yourself thinking about gambling when you should be focused on other things.
You have tried to reduce or stop gambling on your own and found it difficult or impossible to maintain the commitment you set yourself.
You conceal the extent of your gambling from family members or close friends, or feel defensive or dishonest when asked about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
Gambling is your primary way of managing stress, boredom, loneliness or emotional discomfort rather than an occasional leisure activity you enjoy alongside other interests.
You need to place progressively larger bets to feel the same level of excitement that smaller bets once provided — a pattern known as tolerance build-up.
The following questions are adapted from internationally recognised problem-gambling screening frameworks. Answer honestly — this is for your benefit, not ours.
Have you ever felt the need to bet more and more money in order to get the same feeling of excitement from gambling?
Have you ever gone back to try to win back money you lost gambling — commonly described as "chasing your losses"?
Have you ever lied to family members, friends or colleagues about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?
Have you ever missed work, studies, or important family commitments because of gambling or time spent thinking about gambling?
Have you ever borrowed money, sold personal belongings or used funds meant for bills and daily expenses in order to gamble?
Have you ever felt anxious, irritable, restless or low in mood specifically because you were unable to gamble when you wanted to?
Has a person close to you — a family member or a friend — ever expressed concern about the amount or frequency of your gambling?
If you answered "yes" to two or more of the above, your gambling behaviour may be causing harm. We strongly encourage you to set deposit or loss limits on your JJWiin account today, consider a cool-off period or self-exclusion, and reach out to a support organisation for guidance.
