Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or another supported currency as displayed in your account settings. An account is considered dormant after a continuous period of inactivity as specified in the operator's current dormancy policy. All bets placed on the JJWiin platform are subject to acceptance by the operator. Upon termination of your account, your access to the platform and all associated services will cease immediately. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to you via a payment method confirmed through the KYC process, subject to standard processing timeframes.
